Payments
On completion of your order, you can pay by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, AmEx or by Bank Transfer. We do not pass on credit card fees.
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Upon confirmation of your order and payment, we consider the goods you have chosen are purchased. We are unable to accept order cancellations once the shipment of goods is commenced.
Special orders or custom builds cannot be cancelled once placed with our suppliers, or work has commenced to fulfil your order.
Victron Warranty to End Users
- Li-ion batteries: 3 year limited warranty
- Other batteries: 2 year limited warranty
- All other products: 5 year limited warranty
- All other products: 10% surcharge on actual net price for 5 year warranty extension (10 year warranty). Warranty extensions need to be applied for ultimately one year before expiration of the original term.
Non Victron Product Warranty
Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products.
AfterPay and Buy Now Pay Later Services
We do not offer these services; however, PayPal does offer Buy now and pay later with PayPal Pay in 4.
